We are voices and hands bringing the people of Romania to Jesus Christ.

As a ministry and as Christians, we see preaching the gospel and expanding the kingdom of God as our overarching responsibility. Though that ministry responsibility has not changed since our founding in 1989, God continues to open new doors for us and gives us new ways to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

REMM’s Mission Statement

The Romanian Evangelistic Medical Mission (REMM) was founded shortly after the fall of Communism in Romania in 1990. Initially founded by a group of medical doctors led by a Romanian national and an American, the ministry began by bringing medicine in one hand and the gospel in the other. Over the past 20+ years, REMM’s ministry has grown to include an orphanage, Gypsy ministry, serving impoverished families through the Agape Ministry, investments in the local church, and a coffee house outreach center. A vital part of our work in Romania is the hosting of short-term mission teams throughout the year.
